The Switch 2 announcement does not establish a later PS5 port. Nor does the absence of a current PS5 date establish that one will never exist. The useful answer today is that you cannot plan a confirmed PlayStation release around the December date.
Finding the correct product
Check the full title, Petit Planet, and the HoYoverse or COGNOSPHERE publisher identity. Similar cozy games and similarly named products do not establish a console edition.
A trailer available to watch on a console, a website opened in a browser, or a discussion about possible ports is not a downloadable PS5 client. Look for a platform-specific product page with the actual publisher and supported system.
Choosing an alternative device
If starting at public launch is your priority, check whether you already have a supported PC or mobile device. The current Apple listing says iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later. PC and Android requirements should be checked against release-era information for the device and region you will use.
